Please DO keep talking about the EMFs, regardless of the glazed eyes of your listeners. Some of us ARE listening. You are an inspiration... Thank you for your post.

i have the same problem as you since the late 1990ties all the time trying to avoid the increasing radiation. However a couple of years ago I found out about methylene blue which balances the body at mitocondrial level. Radiation outside our natural frequencies make our bioelectrical body unstable. I was attacked at the airport of Dubrovnik in2024 and got hospitalized but was able to cure myself with methylene blue and huge amounts of vitamin C when I was able escape the hospital.

Yes it is. The nurses told me I was almost a corpse as I  spent 4 days in intensive care. That was the second time at Dybrovnik airport. The first time I lost my hearing a few months earlier. 5G is a scalar weapon with 5,9 GHz imploding iodine, 16-18 GHz imploding the water molecule and 72 GHz imploding oxygene.  With high amplitude they can attack any person in viciinity. The worst thing is that 5G seems to be able to take over 4G (called +4G) by hijacking routers. For the moment I am travelling Baltics checking out. I didi the Balkans last year. Europe is in deep shit. Regards from Lithuania. Jan

I think that the whole world is in deep shit because hardly anyone understands how deadly electro-magnetic radiation can be. Good luck on your travels, this may be the last opportunity to travel given to free people. I suspect that the future will be totalitarian and unbearable.

Black Nobility has to be short for something. Burroughs would say control.

Who am I to argue ?

Wildly off-topic.

It is a nick name they gave themselves when they were protesting on behalf of the Pope who was in self-inflicted house arrest. You can read about it in my articles.

Oh Frannie. I had no idea about any of this. I can relate to many aspects of your struggle. The waking up in anxiety breathing sucks. Sometimes keeping a fan on low just outside the bedroom door pointed into our bedroom helps me. But I am in the middle of a city and I feel the 5G. They automatically put a smart meter on our house. I asked them to turn it off and they come read it but I know it still pumps out the radiation. My 26 year old son doesn't want to hear anything about what is happening on our planet. I, however cannot live in ignorance even though truth really is hard to take. Best to you. Lisa

Argh so challenging to live in a world where EMFs are only increasing. Even for those who aren’t feeling it, can’t be good.

Have you looked at Biogeometry to help manage your sensitivity?

Yes, I have his book "Back to a future for mankind" which I bought just before the pandemic hit. I really should read it again because I have only the barest memory of its contents. Thanks for the nudge! xx

The book is a good into! If it can help, found the course with practical hands on exercises more useful. Only issue I have with the approach is it requires buying objects to correct detrimental energy lines. As I understand, these are mostly produced by Dr Karim & family and mixing financial incentives into it doesn’t land well.

I love the photos of you! I wish I could hug you, and maybe try out your ride! Looks fun to me. ;)

I sometimes have shortness of breath, too... once in a while, and I put it down to a higher zap level than normal. The hatred I have for these people is very very strong. I've had tinnitus since 2016. I have arthritis, and I remember my jaw literally dropping when my mother, and RN, said arthritis "comes and goes." DING, DING!!! I also have thinning hair, and my skin is suddenly loose and weird... that's lack of hydration, I know that much. NOT "old age." If not for these issues, I'd feel (and maybe look) like I was about 40, not 64. I've always been very healthy and fit, even when I didn't play sports or exercise... Just born that way. But I know much of "aging" is really symptoms of radiation poisoning. Sigh. Well, we just carry on, donut we? Humor is mandatory.

I grew up in Dorset... beautiful, green, soggy Dorset... but all that humidity can be a bitch for many ailments... I'm in an even soggier place now and dream of warm extremely dry climates like Arizona!

We're living in EMF world now. This is the electronic prison grid being built... almost complete... and the NPC zombies don't even know what's hitting them. They don't know why they suddenly get sick and can't cope anymore. They go to their doctors and chug down the pills prescribed thinking everything will get better. They follow the protocols to a T.

Something will emerge out of all this. Not sure what, but it'll be for the lucky or unlucky survivors depending on how it goes.

Stay strong Frances and thanks for all you do.

There are days when I have trouble breathing, think that’s when they amp up the frequencies. I sleep with a small fan going all night which is very helpful. Also use gel packs on my head at night. These two methods seem to help enormously. But the high pitched ringing goes on nearly all the time here (Australia). Hard to escape with more 5G towers continuing to be installed. Always think of moving to the country but I doubt it will be better there. There are pockets however, mainly up high.

That's "tinnitus," I believe, what you call "ringing." I have it too. For years now. I long for the day it goes away...

There ARE pockets, and I imagine everyone will be trying to go there! But not for a while, maybe since people seem utterly ignorant of this whole issue!!! Just perfect for the Evil Ones. Sigh. Anyway, good luck!

It is very good to learn about what your life has been like. Because you spoke up.

This is very sad to hear, and very important to hear, and your first person testimony really matters, dear Frances. Your eloquence, and your brilliance, and your ability to correlate your life experiences with your comprehensive studies, and your mastery of these disciplines, have informed those of us fortunate enough to have tuned into your substack however long it has been for each of us.

I am just trying to say thank you. The bravery and courage exhibited by those who stand up shines for me, as a glowing guidepost in this fog. Thank you.
