The much more serious fact is that Harvard University has been silently aiding and abetting Lieber in his criminal collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party. I have no clue how old you are David, but I can tell what it takes to start from scratch on some decent tree populated land... clearing for buildings, building the well, septic, access roads, bridges over seasonal creeks, the watershed, improving the pastures for livestock... building fences, been there done all of it, without Mexican labor help, all of it hard work... 50 years of it... when we decided to retire, sell and leave the daily responsibilities of ranch and livestock for a less strenuous retirement, we moved into our next much smaller home on an average sub division lot literally on lockdown day (!!!) horrified we had made the biggest mistake of our lives, given we had built and had what we needed to be self sufficient, along with bartering with our country neighbors. We’ve had many a meeting with other seniors, how much planning it would take to start over, not to mention exorbitant land costs, building materials, and untold hours of hard labor... even if the planning includes several parties and tiny homes, that’s all fine and yes, even imperative right now... given the totalitarian agendas, but for millennials and younger... but for worn torn worked hard our entire lives seniors... especially those of us without close family willing, awake and not job shackled, it’s not, unfortunately realistic... it’s not even feasible.... thanks for the advice we already are well aware of with the skill sets most people DON’T HAVE to do what we already accomplished for over 50 years, unfortunately a bit on the life expectancy short list now...

Generation after generation have come dependent on GOV as they planned them to I am not a critic of your age or life style. But I do know of survivalists in their 80s and 90s.
