CHARLES LEIBER - Father of Transhumanist Technology
In this New World Order rendition of life, everything will be tracked and traced. And as Klaus Schwab might put it, “you will be part robot and you will love it.”
The term “transhumanism” was first used back in 1957 by Julian Huxley, the first director-general of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Since then The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) are very proud to have developed Neural interfaces:
By 2071, the globalist transhumanists anticipate that everything will be “smart.” Everything and everybody will be connected.
The environment will virtually be alive with synthetic intelligence.
Today I read an article in The Exposé which reminded me of a line of inquiry I have been meaning to undertake. A cursory search led me to an earlier article which I am reproducing in full below because it provides a lot of background information.
It appeared in the Activist Post on January 5th 2022, which coincidentally is also the day that I opened an account here on Substack.

From Espionage to Tax Evasion — A Deep Dive On Charles Lieber AKA The NanoTech King
TOPICS: China, Covid-19, Nanotechnology, Science, Vaccines
“Digital electronics are so powerful that they dominate our daily lives. When scaled down, the difference between digital & living systems blurs, so that you have an opportunity to do things that sound science fiction–things that people have only dreamed about.” Charles M. Lieber
As Ghislaine Maxwell’s show trial wound down, there was scant coverage of Charles Lieber’s trial despite the fact the former chairman of Harvard’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department is the defining influence in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Thomson Reuters even ranked Lieber as #1 in the world’s top 100 chemists for an entire decade from 2000-2010.
I call him the NanoTech King. The court case, which unfolded a year and a half after his arrest, began with jury selection Tuesday, December 14, and concluded after only six days.
After less than three hours of deliberations, a federal jury in Boston’s US District Moakley Courthouse reached a verdict and found that the former Chair of Harvard University’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department was guilty on all six counts. There were two counts of making false statements to federal authorities, two counts of making and subscribing to a false income tax return, and two counts of failing to file reports of foreign bank and financial accounts (FBAR) with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Global Collaborations Of The Communist Kind
Lieber served as the Principal Investigator of the Lieber Research Group at Harvard University, which received more than $15 million in federal research grants between 2008 and 2019. So the story goes, unbeknownst to Harvard, Lieber became a “Strategic Scientist” & “High-Level Foreign Expert” at Wuhan University of Technology (WUT). Later, he became a contractual participant in China’s Thousand Talents Plan (TTP) from at least 2012 through 2015. (WUT is not to be mistaken for the BSL-4 lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which, by the way, is only 15 minutes away.
While I have no other reporters who have cited this, one court document submitted by the government claims that Lieber was actually the “director of WUT-Harvard Joint Nano Key Laboratory,” conceived in 2009. Note the word “joint” as in together. So was Harvard really clueless of Lieber’s research with WUT? Or not?
Under the contract terms, WUT paid Lieber a salary of up to $50,000 per month, living expenses of up to $150,000 annually, and awarded him more than $1.5 million to establish a research lab in Wuhan. In 2018 and 2019, Lieber lied to federal authorities about his involvement in the Thousand Talents Plan and his affiliation with WUT.
The DOJ has previously described the TTP as “a tool of the Chinese Communist Party to attract, recruit, and cultivate high-level scientific talent in furtherance of China’s scientific development, economic prosperity, and national security.”
Through the TTP, the Chinese government would often reward individuals for stealing proprietary information. It was viewed as a key part of Beijing’s “Made in China” 2025 blueprint for scientific dominance.
According to South China Morning Post, Lieber’s case was part of the DOJ’s “China Initiative,” launched in 2018 amid concern in Washington that Beijing was stealing technology through researchers and other academics vital for military and strategic purposes.
The government wanted to root out spies and those who might be compromising American knowledge, intellectual property, and intelligence. Indeed, nearly 90 percent of cases investigated under this initiative have involved Chinese-American scientists.
“The entire prosecution of an innocent man dying of cancer is ghastly, barbaric, and unnecessary,” wrote Lieber’s lawyer Marc Mukasey, stating the U.S. government had overzealously executed its China Initiative, and in doing so, unfairly targeted Lieber.
Yet in actuality, Lieber lied repeatedly, allowing him to maintain access to federal research funds.
Lieber had suggested to the FBI and to Harvard that his only connection to communist China and the TTP was related to a Chinese former student and that he did not have access to any Chinese bank accounts. But in fact, Lieber established a bank account at the Wuhan branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”) in November 2012, into which WUT continuously deposited the remainder of Lieber’s salary.
During the initial FBI three-hour interrogation on January 28, 2020, as the agents revealed how much they actually knew and showed Lieber copies of documents and emails, he “shifted gears.”
“Yes, that’s pretty damning. Now that you bring it up, yes, I do remember,” he said. “Now that you remind me, I used to have some kind of bank card.”
In another moment he told the FBI, “It could be more than $50,000. Honestly, I think it must be less than $100k – OK, obviously I blacked out most of this stuff,” Lieber said, who has published over 350 papers in peer-reviewed journals. His publications have been cited “more than 70,600 times,” according to court documents.
As Jason Casey, the lead prosecutor remarked, “It’s not that the defendant just has no memory of what happened, it’s that he does not want to remember.”
In one of the 132 email exchanges submitted as evidence, Lieber himself wrote, “I will be careful about what I discuss with Harvard University & none of this will be discussed with govt. investigators at this time.”
“There is now no question that Charles Lieber lied to federal investigators and to Harvard in an attempt to hide his participation in the Chinese Thousand Talents Program,” stated Acting United States Attorney Nathaniel R. Mendell. “He lied to the IRS about the money he was paid, and he concealed his Chinese bank account from the United States. The jury followed the evidence and the law to a just verdict.”
Lieber later admitted that his outlook on life changed after his cancer diagnosis. In his testimony, he claims that after learning he was ill, he abandoned the Chinese bank account full of money. Arguably, the heavyweight’s guilt is what contributed to developing late-stage lymphoma.
Ironically, the verdict was chalked up as “exceptional teamwork” by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and federal partners at the FBI, DCIS, IRS, and NIH. Ironically, it was also viewed as a victory for US national security.
Some would argue that Lieber was thrown under the bus, becoming a Fall Guy.
From Espionage To Tax Evasion
Lieber was first detained on January 23, 2020, a mere five days after Wuhan entered a lockdown. Recall, it was the first time a lockdown of this magnitude had unfolded. Today, as we face Year Three of the Rona Regime and the surges of the supposed Omicron (anagram “moronic”) variant, lockdowns and curfews have already become the ‘new normal.’
How exactly did Lieber manage to escape the 2020 coronavirus narrative despite the fact that on January 28, 2020 – at the beginning of this whole plandemic fiasco – Attorney General Andrew Lelling accused the 62-year-old ex-Harvard Chair of “espionage.” Two Chinese nationals were also involved, one of whom was caught at the Boston Logan Airport trying to smuggle bio-samples in a sock from a lab at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Do you remember these events?
“This case has been painted as an espionage case and a case about theft of intellectual property or other materials from the U.S., when in fact it’s just about allegedly a false statement to the government,” maintained Mark Lieber’s attorney, Marc Mukasey.
According to The Crimson, Mukasey insisted there was no involvement in transferring proprietary knowledge.
“Once upon a time, they called it ‘espionage.’ Then they called it ‘illegal technology transfer.’ Then they casually and admiringly called it ‘Globalism,'” wrote legendary Investigative Journalist Jon Rappoport back in September 2021 in an article titled “The real ‘lab-leak’ story: nanotech crimes and betrayals in the New World Order.”
He repeatedly lied when in actuality he’d accepted $100 bills in cash – on numerous occasions – from WUT (China) in literal brown paper bags.
As Rappoport concludes, this was not only “a leak of technology transfer,” but “a flood.” “ Right out in the open.”
Video snippets of a taped interrogation dated January 28th, later entered as evidence, hint to Lieber’s raison d’etre. On camera, Lieber is seen clearly nervous, sitting uncomfortably and fidgeting in a chair near the wall. He revealed that he was seduced not by money but by the promise of prestige.
“Every scientist wants to win a Nobel Prize,” adding that he was embarrassed to admit this. “I want to be recognized for what I’ve done.”
He then added:
“One thing is true if people around the world are using what you started, which in this case… I was one of the first people — in 1998 — to figure out how to grow these nanoscale wires, the more people who use this around the world in different technologies, the better it is for me in terms of getting this goal that I’ve had since…”
Was Lieber a modern-day brilliant mad scientist who knew that what he was doing was wrong, but did it anyway?
Ultimately, Lieber’s crimes were reduced to mere tax evasion.
The Apple Doesn’t Fall Far From The Tree
According to a fantastical article, Charles’ father was also a spy. I know it sounds hard to believe. However, Robert I. Lieber was a senior engineer who built wireless, satellite, and surveillance systems and was “involved in spy satellite and missile imagery and tracking.”
Papa Lieber worked for RCA’s AEGIS satellite system (Sir Geoffrey Pattie, Privy Council, NBC, GE, BBC, Sarnoff) now managed by Lockheed Martin, SERCO, QinetiQ, and the British Privy Council.
The article on Aim4Truth goes on to say that the U.S. Patent Office “blocked” access to Robert Lieber’s weaponized patents and that some “extend beyond normal radar expertise.”
You can check out some interesting French documents from 1964 about an invention involving Daddy Lieber and new systems to exploit information sourcing. It was originally created to be used in commerce and in banks for daily checking. It arguably delineates the beginning of data collection.
In 1978, Papa Lieber contributed to an 82-page paper with RCA about radars and the practical use of radio waves for detecting objects. He wrote about functional tracking radar hardware simulation.
In the same article, they suggest a strong possibility that Robert was getting Top Secret security clearances at RCA in 1952 and that this is why they tampered with Robert’s father’s census records, reclassifying him as a Russian Jew rather than a Jewish émigré candy manufacturer.
Are the Liebers part of the Global Elitists’ ploy to take over the world?
Fast Forward:
Robert Lieber–>Charles Lieber–>China–> Israel –>Ghislaine Maxwell–>Jeffrey Epstein–>Gates–>George Church –>Martin Nowak–>Charles Lieber–>Elon Musk–>Nanotechnology–> The Vax.
How do they all intersect?
While the response entails a much longer dig worthy of a book, Lieber was a colleague of Dr. George Church and Dr. Martin Nowak, “both [who] were working in aspects of modifying biology and doing genetic engineering,” reads an article in The Giza Death Star. Both were also known associates of Jeffrey Epstein and recipients of his “largesse.”
Epstein gave heaps of money for research regarding synthetic biology and genetic engineering – and stated he was interested in modelling the evolution of viruses. He gave at least $9 million (pledged $30 million) to researchers funded by DoD, DARPA, IARPA, and NIH at Harvard University.
Monetary contributions such as these are what enabled Lieber to open a Pandora’s Box, releasing nanotechnology that would be integral in fulfilling an Anti-God Transhumanist Agenda. In this New World, chips will be inserted into human brains to merge with A.I.
Basically nano-sized technology with monstrous repercussions.
Whoopsie — Liquid Computing, Cyborg Tissue, & Injectable Neural Links? OH MY!
“Imagine a computer, suspended in a flask of liquid, which assembles itself when the liquid is poured onto a desktop. Sound like science fiction?” ~ Harvard Magazine 2001
Lieber was turning sci-fi into reality in his laboratory.
Unfortunately, too few have tracked Lieber’s legacy, which includes at least 66 patents regarding nanoscience designed to dehumanize us forever.
Harvard outlines that Charlie and the Lieber Group had been focused broadly on science and technology at the nanoscale, “harnessing the unique physical properties of novel nanomaterials to push scientific boundaries in biology and medicine.”
The Lieber group has played a leading role in defining the “…interface between nanoelectronics and the life sciences, from the development of sensors for real-time disease detection to creating nano-electronic tools for single-cell and subcellular electrophysiology, and the development of novel cyborg cells and hybrid nanoelectronics-innervated tissues.”
In this New World Order rendition of life, everything will be tracked and traced. And as Klaus Schwab might put it, “you will be part robot and you will love it.”
As I scanned Lieber’s patents in veritable horror, I was reminded of a 2007 Japanese anime called Vexille based in 2077.
In the film, the narrator warns, “The disease was created & the ‘vaccine’ was used as an excuse for Daiwa (DARPA) to begin testing experimental nanotechnology… Essentially turning us into machines from the inside out.”
In truth, the foray into “liquid computing” started more than two decades ago. Lieber, who is the 30th scientist in history to belong to all three National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, has been working on grants since 1988. Aside from the Navy and the Air Force, he has also been visited by representatives from Fort Detrick, the infamous lab tied to germ-warfare, LSD mind-control experiments, and the anthrax mystery.
In Rappoport’s article, he titles a subsection “Nanotech for Mind Control,” and proceeds to share some “astonishing” quotes from a 2019 issue from Nano Today titled: “Nanowire probes could drive high-resolution brain-machine interfaces.” Rappoport remarks the authors are Chinese and American:
“…advances can enable investigations of dynamics in the brain [through nano-sensor-implants] and drive the development of new brain-machine interfaces with unprecedented resolution and precision.”
“…output electrical signals of brain activity or input electrical stimuli to modulate brain activity in concert with external machines, including computer processors and prosthetics, for human enhancement…”
This avenue of research involves “modulation” of the brain remotely connected to machines, for the purpose of control.
In regards to the brain, one of Lieber’s breakthroughs was a V-shaped hairpin shaped transistor, as outlined in a 2011 article in Harvard Magazine.
Initially, when Lieber engineered the tiny device and tried to insert it into a cell, he had no luck: pressing hard enough to disrupt the cell membrane, Lieber killed the cell “pretty quickly.”
But then his team “coated the hairpin nanowire with a fatty lipid layer and ‘the device was easily pulled into the cell via membrane fusion, a process related to the one cells use to engulf viruses and bacteria.'”
This innovation Lieber explained was important because “it indicates that when a man-made structure is as small as a virus or bacteria, it can behave the way biological structures do.”
The device could be used to not only measure activity within neurons, heart cells, and muscle fibres but also to measure two distinct signals within a single cell simultaneously–perhaps even the workings of intracellular organelles, the functional units within cells that generate energy, fold proteins, process sugars, and perform other critical functions.
Charlie went on to author many patents that could have served to honour nanotechnology and fulfil his Nobel dreams.
There was also his 2015 “neural lace” brain implant, which “along with serving as a rite of passage, upgrades the human brain to be more competitive against A.I?”
This complemented his syringe-injectable mesh electronics with plug-and-play I/O interfacing. Nature Nanotechnology describes how it allows you to “literally inject” “lace-like electronic mesh into 3D synthetic & biological structures like the brain.”
“What we’re trying to do is make an electronic circuit that can communicate neurally—or what Elon Musk called it, a neural lace—and, even though it’s a man-made structure, looks to the biological system the same as the natural network,” Lieber told Nautilus magazine in 2018.
There’s also his cyborg cardiac tissue. And now with all these (jab-related) heart💔 issues, thank goodness. For the record myocarditis, myopericarditis, and pericarditis is inflammation of the heart and tissue surrounding the heart.
One four-year experiment Lieber conducted demonstrated that his novel nanoelectronics ULTIMATELY allows for the “electrical recording of neural activity.” They “can enable multiplexed recording of acute and chronic neural (brain) activity” and “control the activity of complex neural networks within mammalian brains.” These free-standing, nanoelectronic probes can achieve highly localized electric field-based stimulation of primary neuronal cells.
These are just a smidgeon of Lieber’s work; I am just scratching the surface. Wicked Genius. Certainly, these breakthroughs were worthy of a prize. (Insert sarcasm). Too bad his ties with China turned his reverie into a nightmare.
Alas, many others also aim for the seamless merger of electronic devices with living biological systems – how very transhumanistic.
Meanwhile, 41 scientists — including seven Nobel laureates — called for Harvard to fund his legal defence and signed an open letter condemning the DOJ prosecution.
Lieber filed suit against Harvard in Middlesex County Superior Court in October 2020, alleging that the University broke its contract with him by refusing to reimburse him for his criminal defence.
“We … are speaking out against the harm that the prosecution of Charles and other scientists has inflicted on academic freedom and scholarly collaboration.”
The letter is bold and even goes to say that this arrest “isolates” scientists “from the discourse beyond our borders” on top of having a “chilling effect” on the ability to collaborate with labs around the world.
They contend that global collaboration among researchers is essential for scientific discovery. Except, in this case, we are specifically talking about China and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Jabs From Hell — The “Grand Experiment”
Jon Rappoport postulated that maybe just maybe “as part of a ‘grand experiment’ they would insert nanotech into our brains and bodies through the vaccines.”
I concur.
Incidentally, in 2017, in a now-scrubbed-off-the-internet study out of Italy looking at adjuvants, researchers found that 15 traditional vaccines (and 44 variations of these), all manufactured by leading global companies, shared a previously unreported and troubling similarity: the vaccines were “heavily contaminated with a variety of nanoparticles.”
Today we are the lab rats.
And soon with the help of Lieber and the world leaders’ obsession with virus epidemics, we will fuse man with machine, and be able to tell someone they’re about to get the Coronavirus or some other virus du jour before they even know it.
While some would call implanting microchips as revolutionary, I am going to go with bone-chilling and eerie instead.

US Senior District Court Judge Rya W. Zobel will sentence Lieber at a later date. Lieber faces up to 26 years in prison and over $1 million in fines. Lieber is the first academic to be charged; the trials of five more academics will likely be held in March 2022.
The charge of making false statements provides for a sentence of up to five years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000. The charge of making and subscribing false income tax returns provides for a sentence of up to three years in prison, one year of supervised release, and a $100,000 fine. The charge of failing to file an FBAR provides for a sentence of up to five years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000.

Fran’s postscript:
In December 2021, Lieber was convicted of six felony charges related to his receipt of millions of dollars in research funding from China. In early February 2022, Lieber filed a motion for an acquittal or new trial. At the beginning of September Lieber’s motion was denied. His sentencing date is set for 1 January 2023.
Meanwhile, where is Charles – exactly?
Critics and supporters wonder whether he continues contributing to his field, or whether he will die before the hearing set next year. That’s because he is supposedly combatting stage-four cancer, an incurable “very advanced form of lymphoma.” (In early August, the judge agreed to seal a letter that updated the court about his health status.)Patents attributed to Charles Lieber are continuing to be filed by Harvard:

Don't ask me for an opinion...... there are not sufficient expletives in the English language.
Great researching and reporting! That's journalism.
