Frances, I think I have experienced something like this as a vibration whilst living on the top of The Rock about eight years ago. It was a vibration throughout my whole body while lying down at night. It happened pretty much every night, although I didn't keep a record (I wish I had!).

We were living in a flat in an eighteenth century house with very flexible floorboards (the whole house would regularly shake), and at first I was sleeping on a futon mattress on the floor, so to start with I put the vibration sensation down to rickety architecture. But then I acquired a bed frame and the vibrations continued anyway. I don't remember hearing a noise ever.

The vibrations continued until I moved to the bottom of the hill in 2018 and then they mostly stopped, although they do still happen occasionally.

Very interesting @francis Leader! I wasn't aware of the existence of that "Hum" as i have been in NZ now 9 years longer than my time in the UK where I lived for the first 21 yrs of my life. I can tell you Rural NZ is A LOT quieter than i recall Rural uk being. It's interesting. This drives some people crazy because one of my pain management strategies involves listening to low frequency waves to help me meditate myself to sleep (usually 4-7hz) and I have always been one of those weird people who can comfortably fall asleep without warning if somebody turns on a vacuum cleaner! Just the sound of the motor knocks me right out!! Anyway very interesting as an engineer I can see how the pipes could be responsible. I must admit I was surprised there was no mention of. the Channel Tunnel when it was created in the 80s, and of course DUMBs-For awhile, I thought he might have mentioned the latter but no... just as I'm typing this I'm sure I've read somewhere that the US Navy have picked up similar sound waves on the SOSUS System covering the seeds of the world, but I can't remember. I remember so much at once these days It's hard to remember what I think I forgot lol. Great article,Very interesting-Keep up the good work.👍 (P.s. please excuse any spelling mistakes. I've only had about six hours sleep in four days which I aim to change in the next half an hour).

This pounding hum seems louder at night here in western MA. I have taken to wearing a copper fabric on my head, just so I can sleep. It helps a little.

Maybe we need to do a survey on who has tinnitus - I know I do - and it's horrible - could it be frequency of HAARP?

In Chinese medicine, any problem in the ears is caused by malfunctioning kidneys. Do a detox using fresh root ginger, honey and lemon. Also learn how to suck back on your sinuses to clear the channel.

I took some classes several years ago. There was a microwave in the room. A classmate complained that it bothered him, even when turned off, so he and I would unplug it when we thought we could get away with it. I don't remember his symptoms, but I remember there was a calmness and auditory clarity to the room as soon as we unplugged it.

I hear it (or something like it).

Yuval Ron, musicians, did a workshop in Portland Maine maybe 10 years ago where they spoke of the 7 sacred sounds that a few people can hear. It''s a Buddhist or yogic understanding. Food for thought... maybe an avenue to explore.

I recall first paying attention to it on a mountain hike, 20 miles from nowhere. Is that traffic? Or maybe a large heard of mooing cows. None of those within 20 miles either. Maybe it has to do with the return path of current on the electrical grid?

Ultimately I figure it is an internally generated "sound", maybe a harmonic of my own nervous system - which I can also hear in some ways. It doesn't seem to have any directionality, but it surrounds me. It comes and goes (like traffic would). Seems to me it's just part of my body and my sensory system.

NOW that I've seen this, and KNOW many are also experiencing this, I had to go have a look. Science medicine is calling it Internal tremors. This video is describing ALL the symptoms I have experienced.

Her conclusions are a bit scary. So we have to ask WHY would people be getting these conditions in the first place?

Thank Dog Almighty this is one thing I have NOT had to deal with... It seems horrible. And I can't help but think that it's Man-made, and that stopping it would entail somebody losing a lot of MONEY...

This is great that this is getting attention. Interesting how the section in this video on this hum being man-made ELF was among the shortest. Too uncomfortable to look into the abyss?

After a little reflection I’m curious if it’s associated with Frequency manipulation ?

The monsters who are experimenting with these electromagnetic/frequency weapons can cause a myriad of symptoms as explained by Barrie Trower https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=09mpvscHiKI. I don’t hear the hum but am assaulted with what amounts to resulting vibrations since 2019 , 24/7 mostly when trying to sleep or nap. It has caused brain damage (concussions) to where I walk like a drunk person and require assistance to walk any distance. They somehow have means to know (remote monitoring) when one is asleep or awake. Yes, causes pressure headaches, brain fog, sudden heating and chilling, itchy scalp, acid reflux, so much more…

Will elaborate as all the theories in the video.come across to be as complete bs deflection. Have worked lots w Schumann resonance and its not that. Also we live in an extremely rural community with no gas lines (all above ground electric), nearest cell tower is about 10 miles away, on the side of the Sangre de Cristi mountain range at just under 9,000 feet. The "hum" is not constant and is nothing like tinnitus due to the low frequency and is not detected in the ear drum or the head necessarily. It does not sound anything like a jet engine and is heard/felt mostly at night, indoors, when nothing is flying overhead but has been detected daytime as well. But never heard near the power poles running through our forest or at the sub station/ transformers in town. Also detected when out traveling through the next mountain range to the East.

Why is there no mention of the tunnel systems worldwide as a possible source? We live over a hundred miles west of an air force base that has been restricted from flying over us but when we travel in their direction have witnessed extensive tunnel construction/expansion in that area over the past few years.

We know there are and have been at least as long as these reports have been happening entire cities undergound-especially in all the areas mentioned, incl London and the UK.

What about portals? Again, no mention.

Based on experience, the hum feels like surround sound, not originating from a single point. My gut tells me it has nothing at all to do with conventional energy technologies or medical conditions (we take zero medications and have no history or mental.illness or chronic diagnosis of any kind).

Tunnels! Good idea... We do know the Nasties are building their own little "world" underground, so they can wait "it" out when the time comes... Hmmm.

Omg. Ive been complaining for about a month now. Its a pressure i feel through out my body. Most sensitive in my head. Its woken me up in the middle of the night. I describe it as a very fast but short cycle vibration. Ive been afraid its high blood pressure. I feel like the inside of my body is shaking at a very fast speed but its unnoticeable visually.. Its awful. Its worse when i am still. Its constant.. But most aware when i am sitting, resting or woken up by it.
