I haven't earthed it yet. Things seemed to abruptly "ease off," on Sunday morning (or Sat night?), and I don't have the strength to deal with trying to find a wire... I did keep your video for when I ever feel like I can deal with it...

If you can get someone to buy you the freshest chunk of ginger root they can find and some local honey (if possible) + a lemon.
Finely chop the ginger + skin and boil it in about one pint of water. Reduce the liquid by simmering until you have half a pint of fluid. Strain to cup and add dollop of honey and a couple of slices of lemon. This concoction with assist detox of kidneys and liver plus give a boost to your energy. However, don't waste the energy rushing about. Let it work for your detox. You can take this remedy as often as you like but avoid using it before sleep. It can be too energising for that. I hope this helps. Also, first thing in the mornings drink a pint of water with a quarter teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda). This will give the system an alkaline bath to aid the detox.

I already drink ginger tea in my water, so check. I have lemon, check. No honey, honey. Maybe maple syrup? I know, not the same, but I can't deal with going out.
I usually have a little baking soda at night, but either way is okay, I think... I often take a little acv with water in the am's, too...
