IF this is true, big if I hope: the involvement of people who have a US military designation does not mean that they are under the chain of command. There is such a thing as "Sheep Dipping", the CIA term for giving an agent, or even a CIA-hired mercenary "former" special forces, a fraudulent US military title so they can be called a US officer though in reality they are CIA. I insist that the CIA has never been a loyal US agency subordinate to the president but always it has been a private company in the service of its clientele who are and always have been a shifting and shadowy oligarchy among the international richest of the rich, those who own the world's central banks. The origin of the CIA goes back to the 1942 OSS and its alliance with international organized crime, especially drug crime and smuggling in general (including trading in children); the CIA still reflects this origin. It may play at supporting liberal-left or conservative right. But in essence the "operations" division with its criminal associations is not neutral; they come from a fascist orientation (corporatism, remember?) and they have always been essentially Nazi. At least ever since Alan Dulles rescued Reinhard Gehlen and made him head of NATO Intelligence the Nazi character of the CIA has been an ongoing tradition – not that the non-ops part of the CIA is aware of this.
