I think that Hawthorne leaf should be added to the list for metal detox, and would like to mention (though please do not associate me with the Fraud) that from my own perspective, gained from the use of it while detoxing from lead, cadmium, and lithium poisoning, is that one must be very careful with zeolite, as it is Very Hard on the kidneys, and I was under the care of a doctor during it's use.

One MUST flush with copious amounts of liquid - preferably water, and after one year, 3 months+, my kidneys are still not fully recovered, but are coming around.

I like(d) the miso/beet juice/chlorella/charcoal regimen , combined with regular exercise (while barefoot), sweating, bathing more frequently, and not eating so late- allowing at least 4 hours to pass before laying down to sleep - all of this brought noticeable improvement, and aside from really bizarre headaches,it was painless for me.

Fasting also is helpful, and do not use too much charcoal, as it will begin to rob you of vital nutrients.

I am not a medical professional, but have learned much from my own personal experience.

Health should not cost money in a perfect world, and much of health starts inside, with a positive attitude, and the right food and diet, if not "too far gone" with a chronic illness, are all one needs for medicine, along with the other simple, common sense actions.

Blessings for Strength to Persevere.

Besides the power to detox poisonous "vaccines", nature also provides us with everything we need to be healthy. The quote attributed to Hippocrates about our food that should also be our medicine has been validated in all traditional cultures. We don't really need any of the chemical poisons manufactured by the Rockefeller medical mafia and sold to us as medicines. Your article reminded me of a book that I downloaded yesterday with the intention of printing it, as I have already started reformatting it. It has an interesting chapter on dandelion (chapter 9):

Such good valuable info Frances. Key is for me to find out what works for me. For example , my body at times craves iodine. Science will warn you to only use for external use only. My grandmother gave it to me as a kid because I was sickly. Two or three drops in OJ. To this day I still crave it at times. When I travel I always take it with me. If you put a drop on your wrist and it absorbs immediately then your body needs iodine. Iodine is used in every cell of the body but sometimes can’t be utilized because the cells are filled with too much fluorine from our water. Fluoride is a byproduct of the aluminum industry. Bromines from our breads also do the same. There is often an imbalance. Overtime and slowly, iodine will balance out the ratio in our cells to be normalized. Homeostasis.

Detox is important. What some people do though is to overdo one thing or another in a detox situation. Caution here. More is seldom better. Better to start and gradually increase. Then you are not putting pressure on key organs in the process. It took a while to get gunked up. Take the time to do it gradually is what I find works for me.

I was looking for a source of Iodine as it happens! I found this and the seller gives a good explanation of its value: https://www.chemicals.co.uk/iodine - unfortunately you have to spend £100 minimum on that bulk supplier site.

Iodine was banned from sale over the pharmacy counter in UK as a water purification agent - I wondered if pharmacies stopped stocking it because they couldn't enforce what their customers would get up to with it.

Pycho health : Seaweed science a blog site in Australia has a recent article on iodine in seaweed. It does promote its products, sustainably farmed Australian seaweed. From memory, the factory may have been destroyed in a bushfire and seaweed now sourced from elsewhere in Australia.

Uh-oh! I hadn't really read through all the details, as I only had a few mins (typical few minutes of distraction while I'm supposed to be working). Im sorry that he mistreated & misquoted you and made you upset 🥺

I wasn't sure if he was the same person who many months ago was arguing with me about germ theory vs terrain theory. But havent seen any clues recently in his discussions to confirm (and my memory isn't so good anymore) - or perhaps he has suddenly changed his mind on it.

I will say that I also find it kind of annoying when other authors spam peoples posts with links to their own substack articles that they feel are relevant (and often arent.....). I noticed you made a comment about this when I was trying to catch up on what happened between you 2.

The big problem is the nano-sized aluminum, which is almost impossible to detox from. And we are getting it from the air and all food, even if we didn't get jabbed. All of us, no matter where you live.

Wow, no mention of cilantro or Chlorella for heavy metal detox? Pretty sure both are effective.

I’m surprised to hear about FB banning over dandelion (well, not really). Just this weekend I saw a post on IG about benefits of dandelion so maybe they’re loosening up a bit.

You absolute FRAUD.

You INSINUATE that I am a charlatan and making money from gullible people!

You completely avoided actually QUOTING what I said in my article. You skipped effortlessly over the fact that I was summarising a video uploaded by Orwell City! I was not saying that Zeolite was my personal recommendation! How dare you attack me so blatantly? Who THE FUCK do you think you are? You monitor my work and you suck inspiration from me like a fucking leech. You also pepper my posts with links to your own. You are on a FAME GAME, mate. So who is the fucking chancer here? HUH?

ALLOW ME TO REFRESH YOUR VERY SELECTIVE MEMORY!

I shared this video:

https://www.orwell.city/2021/08/josep-pamies.html

THEN I FOLLOWED IT BY A SUMMARY FOR THOSE READERS SHORT OF TIME!

"In praise of herbal medicine for detox, Josep Pamies does not mince his words!

Here is a summary:

BASIC PLANTS TO DETOX LIVER

Dandelion

Milk thistle

Desmodium

RENAL HERBS

Dandelion

Horsetail grass

Nettle

WHEN THERE ARE HEAVY METALS

Tulsi (ocimum sanctum)*

Houttuynia cordata*

*(2 potent plants that detox heavy metals, poisons, and RADIOACTIVITY)!

Zeolite

Activated Charcoal

As can be seen from the short list, dandelion is so effective that it merits mentioning twice. That is because it detoxes and cleans the liver and the kidney."

NOTE - Mr Fucking Ignorant.

THE MAIN FOCUS OF MY POST WAS DANDELION AND WILD FLOWERS IN GENERAL. I HAVE NEVER USED OR PERSONALLY ADVOCATED THE USE OF ZEOLITE. I WAS QUOTING A SPANISH ALTERNATIVE PRACTITIONER CALLED JOSEP PAMIES ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF LA QUINTA COLUMNA.

HOW FUCKING DARE YOU MAKE A POST LIKE THIS?

I AM BANNING YOU FROM READING MY POSTS EVER AGAIN.

YOU FUCKING LEECH.

Thank you for checking over what actually happened. Ray's error came when he assumed that I was advocating use of Zeolite. That was not what I was doing originally. I was merely summarising the theories of someone recommended by La Quinta Columna. I have not actually used several of the healing tools he recommends and therefore had no opinion, one way or the other. I was simply reporting his suggestions. I have no idea if Zeolite is a valuable tool, I have no experience of it.

When he asked I simply searched for some information and provided a link about Zeolite. That is when he began to get angry and spent 6 hours constructing his convoluted article which progressed towards treating me as a dangerous influence! I was extremely shocked and rattled off a rage, full of expletives (I am an Eastender from London, I swear. It is my culture.)

However, even after that he joyfully persisted in ignoring that I was quoting another health writer/video maker.... then I noticed that he was supported in his take-down by nasty people who had attacked me during the previous year. One man, in particular, from New Zealand, Richard Seager, had conducted a hate campaign against me of such ferocity that I had to complain to Substack to get it stopped.

Then I took the decision to block Ray because I realised that he had been using me for a long time. He had commented on many of my posts but always with links (often several links) to his own Substack articles. He had closely followed my work and followed my lead..... it stunk of competitive, jealous, self-aggrandisement. He even wrote about 5G claiming that his post was uniquely superior to ANY OTHER you might find ANYWHERE. That had struck me as quite odd at the time but now, after this recent disgusting character assassination, was clearly designed to compete directly with me.

I don't do competition. If a person wants to compete with me they will see the dust of my departure. It is not the first time I have had to block competitive writers. They tend to avidly follow my work for the sole purpose of writing competitive posts. I usually encourage them at first but they ALWAYS turn bitter and nasty, in their effort to become the pinnacle of some imaginary hierarchy that they have conjured up in their minds.

I am very disappointed with Ray Horvath. I don't think he will heed your opinion. He is far too vain for that. I think he will dig in further and continue to disparage me.

For this reason, I believe he is a controlled opposition operative who is focused on discovering writers/video makers etc who may be getting too close to the truth. Once he finds them, he worms his way into their milieu, builds trust among their followers and then takes down his target. I would not be surprised if I am only one in a series of targets he has tried to shoot down.

You probably know the answers to these two questions about zeolite. I certainly don't:

1. Can zeolite pose a threat to the kidneys?

2. What does it exactly clean?

I'd rather read a source that doesn't sell it... This site sounds like a snake oil salesman...

If it enters the bloodstream, how does it get out? Or does it accumulate (that will surely wreck the kidneys).

I don't believe zeolite is so smart that it destroys only the bad things.

"I'd rather read a source that doesn't sell it..." Thank you for expressing this, Ray. It articulated what hasn't landed for me for quite some time now. Toward solutions... Perhaps an honest version of a Wiki style resource could be effective toward shedding light on what is actually known, experienced, scientifically backed.

That is so sweet!

When I lived on the Essex coast I had houses which were both covered in Virginia creeper with Periwinkle filling every crack in the front gardens. In 2004 I sold up and went travelling in Spain until I found an off-grid fruit farm where we settled. After just ONE year the roof was slowly being covered in Virginia Creeper and the drive lined with Periwinkle!

As a herbalist, I know that the lore states that both those herbs defend against 'evil spirits'! Nature is a wonderful thing, mysterious and very kind. I recently moved to a lovely village in Dorset. I expect my Periwinkle and Virginia Creeper to put in an appearance any day soon!
