How much alkaline water can you drink per day? Is it safe for people with kidney disease?

It is essential for people with kidney disease! Dr Young has said in other posts that 10 litres a day is acceptable but I could not manage that much, could you?

My husband has kidney disease and he started drinking alkaline water every day for couple months now. But he found somewhere (articles) that too much alkaline was bad for him ??? So now he only drinks one bottle 33oz I believe. I’m going to share this with him.. thanks!!! 🙏

I have never tried that. I use a simple distiller and add a sprinkling of bicarbonate of soda and another of sea salt to alkalise and remineralise.

I prefer a water distiller. I have just replaced my old one which died after daily use for 5 years.
