At every turn Trump was being hamstrung by Rinos and Demonrats, so I suspect his power to secure the election was minimal, though why he didn't invoke the executive order he had written, I have no idea.
That said, he should have ordered that there were dozens of law enforcement at every polling station to ensure that rules were followed and the socialists could not just lie cheat and steal their way to installing Xi's little bitch in the Whitehouse.
