Y'know, Franita, I'm starting to feel more and more strongly as we go along this road, that psychopaths are NOT human beings at all. They look like us, they sound like us-- well, until they say what they really think-- but they are NOT like us. And they seem to have, at least a number of them (which is clearly too many), that the rest of us, the Vast Majority of us, are not worthy of life itself. It does explain a lot, doesn't it.
I've heard of the Fabian Society, for many years, it seems familiar enough, but I'd never known the actual history and reality of it... And it occurs to me that THESE PEOPLE, the ones who join together and encourage each other in the idea that SOMETHING MUST BE DONE to allllll the nasty little people who don't measure up, and the very clear stating of that idea, and the cold logic of their declaration (unrequested judgment) of the "need" to simply euthanize those who can't make a case for why they should exist... Well, it's clear that psychopaths are simply WITHOUT whatever we want to call that thing that makes Humanity what it is-- empathy? Compassion? Divinity? Is it a complete and total disconnect from the Creator? From the Divine? From... whatever it is that created the rest of us and runs through us? Is it a heart defect? Is it an Alien race? Are WE an alien race?
I can't answer the question, but I sure as hell want to know. And I want to know what the plan might be for how to deal with this, because clearly, the problem with eugenics is not going away. It's been around for a long damn time. Well, thank you, it's not a pleasant read, but it's well-written, as always, and... No, I don't think we should KILL THEM ALL, as in, their solution for us, as in how they feel about the rest of us, but... what, then? Are we going to keep having this trouble forever? Or ... ? One in TEN, they say? That's a lot of people, obviously.
And what is their goal? To control a run down cesspit of a country with nothing but unemployed 'refugees' and jobless masses enjoying or adding to the graffiti that ensures their local area looks like a dump, with the rest left wondering WTF happened to their country? Why bother?
It's very likely BECAUSE OF THEM that the country is in the shape it's in... And I remind people of this often: The two main drives of a psychopath are TORTURE, and MURDER.
It seems opposite of what the USSR tried to do, where they made beautiful metro stations for the workers and at least under Stalin attempted to build nice looking buildings with plenty of space for people to live. In other words, socialists were attempting to make the world a more beautiful place for all, not just a few maniacs living in ivory towers.
PS yes I know Stalin was a monster and probably living under communism was terrible according to our indoctrination in the west. But, from what I have seen in modern day Russia, the stories of soviet days and all the old family photos do not show a desperate looking place.
