I ran across a thud like this about 15 years ago on Castle Cops. Called herself Qwerty and wrote as a "man". She would invade every conversation, steer it by abusing decent minded people who wouldn't fight back and generally she would undermine any topic that wasn't being controlled by her. You have to find their weak spot or ignore them. Nothing else works unless you can actually get them banned. I got lucky and found hers and kept pushing the little red button relentlessly until she lost her marbles and was finally banned. The saving grace was an open live chat and the forum board which I used both at once so everyone could see what was going on. Once I got her on live chat I didn't stop until I got her to lose it. Any chance you might be up against a 77 Brigade Nazi?
Could be but also any one of the "intelligence agencies" aka the Alphabettis. They have made no secret of hounding me off all social media for the recent few years.
Here in our country they are taking the direct route with legislation so they may cut off whoever displeases them. BTW, they are thin skinned easily displeased like Lady Catherine de Bourgh. :-) By now in any sane nation the war drums would be beating, hopefully around their ears.

I will continue to write to Substack about this character but, judging by his comments on his last post, he has been reported for harassment and stalking by several other women yet he still has not been thrown off Substack. How many more women will fall prey to this?
The cdc & nih are experiencing shortages of scientists because the scientists are too embarrassed to be seen there. Secret Pfizer documents are being sprayed around. I lived in SF for about 20 years. It's gone totally "woke" and that started with yuppsters and gentrification before I got there in '92. I moved there from Austin, TX, and went from a large 1-bdrm apartment with a pool in the courtyard for $300/mo, to a very small studio apt. for $700/mo and no parking... I love the architecture of SF, and the weather, and the FOOD, or what it used to be like... I left in 2010 or 11? 2011. GOD, the food. I miss that more than anything, and also miss the food in South Texas a lot. But SF used to be great, for a while. I miss it.

That is normal, it's called a bell curve, and the first signs that your method is working will actually be an uptick in negative behavior because the individual desires a response ANY response. If you are able refrain from responding do so asap, or they will never stop because the intermittent interaction will produce the pavlov effect and he will then respond sometimes and not others taking the locus of control away from you. If you are able to control yourself DO NOT respond, you will witness an uptick in negative behavior, a fall-off a smaller uptick and eventual fall off...this works. If you have access to individuals who work in Behavior Modification Techniques they may be able to assist you. You can keep a chart for example to measure this. I may be using outdated terminology, but the technique is standardized and proven.

It could be called stalking. Is it worth reporting this behaviour to the police? Multiple complaints from different victims may elicit a response from the authorities.
