The meltdown of our economy+society at almost every level and now ongoing serious economic+social+health problems worldwide. And now, as they disband without any accountibility+consequence for their CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY they allow the next stage of the psycho's plan to move forward. 'Oh yes, how naughty and terrible your Govt's are; don't worry, we'll take charge and simplify everything under a worldwide, totalitarian Govt; all you have to do is what we say and everything will be rosy!' These lunatics should be rounded up, publically exposed, COMPLETELY stripped of ALL the wealth they've scammed out of the suffering of others, which should be then put back into rebuilding societies worldwide, and then I believe they should be eliminated as being far too dangerous to society/humanity. We've seen ALL of this in various guises for hundreds of years; when do we finally put an end to such lunacy and begin to actually live decent lives and stop allowing ourselves to be so easily manipulated+controlled? To your point about hating government, I agree that a sovereign government is the only means by which a citizenry can find protection against international tyranny. That our regulatory agencies have been captured by mega corporations doesn’t indicate abolishment of the agencies but legal discipline against the occupiers!
Another thing tha galls me is when our current problem is presented as a certainty that the totalitarian onslaught is “communism.” Its a thought-stopper of a label.
Now, I abhor the centrally planned authoritarian control system called communism, but when the richest 2000 corporations and billionaires of the world want to own and operate every inch of the earth and every living being on it in a neofeudalistic rentier operation, we have a name for that and it isn’t “communism “
Even the Canadian Truckers needed money in order to Fight for the rest of us ... Many if not all health professionals who have openly spoken against the "system" are systematically financially harassed ... I gladly pay for them to continue the Fight I also believe in. They are very Brave peoples.
The thing is, for a lot of us, we can't spend all day researching and writing without getting something to pay the bills. It would be great to be in a position to write for free ( I hate the trying to get paid subscribers bit) but unfortunately most people are not.
You could be equally suspicious about those who don't ask for paid subscribers. Where is their income coming from?
Ultimately, stay open minded about absolutely everyone and verify the information they provide for yourself.

I don't think everyone who blocks unpaid comments is necessarily a plant, but they do seem a bit greedy. I know that authors can delete user comments, so it's not like they need to be worried about contamination.
