Threats to Russia came from the Crown Corporation via its puppet UK PM Liz Truss
I am a Brit and apart from the Underground railways in London we have no public nuclear shelters and never have had. During WW2 families built air-raid shelters in their gardens but tore them down in the 60s.
Putin has not threatened to nuke anyone.
That is a bare-faced lie perpetrated by Liz Truss (UK PM) - in fact, SHE threatened Russia with nukes last week and Putin replied that he has more modern defences.... THAT IS ALL HE SAID. The media is propagandising and hoping that we don't get sight of Putin's actual speeches.
John Pienaar of Times Radio advised Truss that if she became prime minister, she would be quickly shown the procedures for launching nuclear missiles from Britain’s Trident submarines. “It would mean global annihilation,” Pienaar said. “I won’t ask you if you would press the button, you’ll say yes, but faced with that task I would feel physically sick. How does that thought make you feel?”
With dead eyes and an emotionless expression, Truss replied, “I think it’s an important duty of the Prime Minister and I’m ready to do that.”

I am not convinced that Putin is a Globalist. I think he prefers the multipolar scenario proposed by Lyndon LaRouche and adopted by China among others. The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation now represents more than 40% of the world's population and is making great progress with the Belt and Road Initiative in spite of opposition from NATO countries.
I see the United Nations trying to perpetuate, with WEF, Club of Rome prompting, the existing unipolar world in which the US petrodollar is supreme. They have been discouraging economic growth. They want an end to nations and a fully integrated world in which migration is encouraged and rewilding is sacrosanct under the auspices of Agenda 21 and 2030.
I do not see Russia or China accepting the dissolution of their nations, quite the reverse! I see them investing in growth and succeeding in self sufficiency.
So what we have is the UN trying to keep the totalitarian NWO while Russia/China and SCO allies are trying to develop a multi-polar world which does not stifle growth.
Therefore - they are genuinely philosophical opposed and not cooperating at all.
