I learned about John Coleman's opinions regarding the Beatles and Tavistock decades ago. He declared that the Beatles and others had been selected, engineered and promoted to mislead my generation into the 'New Age'. I was there. I was a young teenager at the time and I know that the Beatles were promoted by the very best at EMI but nothing, not even Tavistock, could have engineered the tremendous reception that the Beatles received from the public. I don't believe that their songs were created for them. I do think that after they went to Munich, something fundamental changed but that appeared to be the result of EMI assigning good producers to their tracks.
In 1968 I took part in a recording of Hey Jude, at an aircraft hanger. We were picked up in Victoria Station and taken by the Magic Bus to the studio. It was a fantastic evening in which the Beatles rehearsed us to run forward and perform the chorus with them. They were very kind and natural. Above all, they were splendid musicians. I met Yoko Ono who was sitting underneath a camera tripod meditating. I asked her what she was doing and she explained to me about transcendental meditation which I had never heard of..... she was very sweet. I later learned to do it myself and used it to cope with the delivery of my 9.5 lb baby boy in 1972.
One of the psychological games that I have observed being pulled by the Tavistock and others is the destruction of heroes. I think that is what John Coleman was disseminating. If you read his work he sets out to instil as much fear of the future as he possibly could. Nowadays I see all heroes are built up for a time by the media and then they are torn down. This makes people despair that nobody is genuine. It is a psy-ops indeed but the opposite from what we are told.
The pundits also said that the entire hippy movement and its music was also engineered by psyops. I don't believe that either. I used to attend the Marquee Club in Soho, London from 1966 - 1969 and I knew Phil Collins, David Bowie, Pete Frampton and the members of Fleetwood Mac and the Who. None of them were famous then. They were all very young and sharing equipment, getting by on a shoe-string. They were mostly students at the local art colleges or music schools. We were very Avant Garde, and Bohemian in our style of dressing, later described as 'hippy'. We grew our hair long and wore no shoes to be in touch with the earth. These were fashions we created ourselves. We could not buy such things then. I made my clothes from old lacey table cloths and by taking 2nd hand clothes to pieces and redesigning them.
Tavistock et al may CLAIM that they engineered all this but they did not. They want to destroy our heroes and our memories. They want to lay claim to our inventions and our culture. They lie.

Working with various kinds of attachments and influences on a regular basis with my clients, as an energy healer, my experience tells me otherwise. Just simple "things" like emotions, or thought forms: they have an intelligence of their own, and the negative ones do not want to leave the body they are attached to. The more of them that accumulate over the years and the lifetimes, the bigger and more influential they become, until the "subject" - the human being - hardly has any free will left. Addictions are one possible consequence, since these entities need food in the form of negative energy. They will push the person to feel triggered and to create drama in their lives.
I did not know about miasms and other entities when I had a powerful experience that made me look into it. In my craniosacral training, I was working with a classmate who had a terrible headache. As I synchronized my breathing with hers, I felt something literally jump on me; it had a presence and a weight. My classmate got up and said her headache was gone. I, on the other hand, was in intense pain. Several classmates and the teacher worked with me for hours to try to get me back to normal. But the nasty headache persisted, despite seeing various other therapists in the following weeks, for a month and a half! That's when a particularly skilled craniosacral teacher managed to free me of what remained of that energy and rebalanced my system.
Later, when I was teaching craniosacral therapy myself, we would often have three students practice together: one on the table, one practicing the craniosacral and miasm release work, and the third one to remove the miasm - negative energies - from the one practicing who had picked it up from the first one. This way we avoided nasty experiences like mine. (By the way, that wasn't my idea, but that of the head of the training institute, who specialized in miasm release. The things we experienced in those classes! You had to be there to believe it.)
The release of negative energies and entities is part of shamanic work. Exorcism, as I understand it, would be another name for it. However, since the catholic approach is fear-based, it isn't terribly effective as you can't chase a fear-based energy/entity with fear. In fact, you feed it and offer it new entry points into the system.
It's not that invisible, 4th dimensional entities don't exist. The problem I think is that we are made to fear low vibrational entities and bow down to high vibrational ones, or what we are told are beings more powerful than us. Fear one kind and surrender our discernment and free agency to the other, that seems to be the control mechanism to me.
Judging by the symbols they have been using for centuries, the Vatican's inhabitants are very aware of 4th dimensional entities and how to work with them - or how to invite them in so they can work through the priests - to fill the Vatican Bank and their other accounts! But they are not alone: Hinduism for instance uses a lot of magic too.
Anyway, it's a huge topic and I can't do it justice in a few lines. But I can assure you that my point of view doesn't stem from indoctrination - catechism never did it for me, nor did atheism when I was exposed to it in my teens. I didn't believe in heaven or hell, but thought that the Golden Rule ought to be our guiding light. I officially left the catholic church in my twenties, when I decided I wasn't going to keep financing that corrupt organization. I looked at other religions but never felt the need to adopt one. Got sucked into New Ageism, explored that quite thoroughly, and found my way out again. But I have been working with clients from all over the world and with various beliefs, helping them release the burden of lifetimes of negativity, so they can become more of who they truly are and choose to lead healthier and happier lives. Releasing these entities and reprogramming dysfunctional beliefs is transformative!

I have the distinct and saddening impression that "the powers that be" have been in power and have had control for eons on this planet. Money is just a tool to control us - they don't need it (which will become obvious once CBDCs are the currency of the world - it will be even easier for them to conjure it out of thin air than with fiat money).
I think "The Matrix" is spot on about the control-grid. We are their farm animals from which they extract "loosh", the "energy drink" produced by negative emotions. What is done to children to harvest adrenochrome is really done to all of us at the etheric level. Hence the suffering which Buddha thought was a condition of human life. It seems to me it's a condition of the human farm animal that needs to be tortured in all kinds of ways - be it through wars, the concept of scarcity - hence the fear of lack and the ensuing greed, wars etc. - or through all kinds of other dysfunctional beliefs we have been programmed with. That would include our feeling of powerlessness and deference to authority.
We have creative power and imagination, which the controllers with their hive mind and AI lack. These powers of ours have to be curtailed (which explains our "education system") so that we remain small and slavish while they continue to prod us so that we produce their food.
Currently, at the end of the Kali Yuga, humanity is probably in a better position to wake up and smell the coffee... So rather than lose control, the herd is to be hooked up to the AI hive mind through the ingredients in the injectable bioweapon (and the chemtrails, and the food- and water supply etc.) and decimated to a more manageable level. In the process, through our fear and suffering, we produce even more loosh for them!
So yes, love is the answer, as love would starve these entities. Not what most understand the concept of love to be - sentimental, romantic love - but the high vibration of love that is neutral and doesn't have a polarity. As long as there is a polarity - fear - we will oscillate between the two sides of the coin. I don't think many of us have been able to transcend the duality to elevate ourselves to this vibration yet though.

A dear friend left a final message for her readers a couple weeks ago, knowing she would die soon: "Love is the antidote for fear and judgement. And, it turns out, it's all we take with us."
About the children of the controllers: some are awakening and becoming powerful allies. Even their elders can be reached through love. Not by submitting to them or by opposing them or by pleading with them, but by asserting our sovereignty and from a position of strength blessing them with our love at their core, behind all their masks and defences. For we have direct access to their core. We cannot impose, but we can offer and they will eventually feel our offer. Sooner or later they will accept it when they realize that we ARE them, in essence. Or else they will cease to be viable -- they will disintegrate, for without love there is nothing to hold them together.

What we are here for is not to gain more and more things but to love each other and every one else we share the planet with.
I struggle when people say they will use my compassion for animals and concern for the destruction of the planet to control me. I'm vegan because I know it is the right, beautiful, life giving path for me. Veering from my path because it is what the elites are hypocritically saying, would be insane.
