There is no evidence of any successful weather manipulation only evidence of failed experiments.
Cloud seeding is not geo-engineering, it is claimed to be such. Correct me if I am wrong by all means, but cloud seeding is simply a very small window of opportunity that allows for a particular cloud formation that must pre-exist to be able to induce precipitation. It is not guaranteed either. Experiments have shown that the opportunity is very specific and conditional.
The fact that it has been show that it is possible to induce precipitation by seeding does not mean its weather manipulation, The cloud formation has to be perfect and must be present. if it is not exactly what is needed than you cannot induce any precipitation. You also cannot control by how much or how little either.
Now if you could generate a cloud like a moisture laden clouds is a different story. You would need to be able to produce water laden clouds like Cumulonimbus, Stratocumulus, Stratus, Cumulus or Nimbostratus and then seed them. If you could do that and repeat the experiment, explain how you did it and someone could follow your theory and do the same experiment and get the same result you would be able to make the claim that you had geo-engineered rainfall.

Erm..... I don't think you understand Jim's theory very well. He lists a number of contributing factors to weather warfare and he offers the explanation for chemtrails as being the result of metal nano-particulates being added to the fuel rather than actual spraying. This would explain why airport staff insist that they are not filling aircraft with anything other than fuel.

Yes, I saw that many years ago. Maybe that was why they started adding the strontium, barium and aluminium to the jet fuel rather than risk it being so obvious to good people like Meghan Edwards.

Erm..... I don't think you understand Jim's theory very well. He lists a number of contributing factors to weather warfare and he offers the explanation for chemtrails as being the result of metal nano-particulates being added to the fuel rather than actual spraying. This would explain why airport staff insist that they are not filling aircraft with anything other than fuel.

I read your above comment to imply it wasnt happening....seems putting all that metal oxide in jet fuel would be really bad for jet engines, but I am just guessing based on 'sugar in the gas tank' pranks et al...
