My little grandmother, Ada Butterfield, lived until she was 95 years old. She was a smoker and loved her Sunday roasts. She was frail and weak but still functioning the day before she died too. The day she left us, she said that she felt a bit tired and wanted an afternoon nap. She breathed a sigh of relief and was gone, painlessly slipping away. That was a fittingly beautiful death for a sweetheart like her. I think the Queen went in a very similar way.

That's right, Ray! Each participant fills in a monthly report answering a questionnaire about their health. The database has been running for about a year and results are published. People also report that they are using the card to access facilities in countries where vaccines are being demanded. It costs nothing to join and operates on donations. You can upgrade to become an associate for £24 per annum.
