YES! Thankful to have discovered GNM several years ago. It's sad that most people can't wrap their minds around it and dismiss it.

I admit that I am struggling to understand what Dr Lanka is saying in the 2nd video. Frankly, it does not resemble what I have previously read about German New Medicine.

God bless Stefan Lanka.

If we ever hear of his untimely demise, we’ll KNOW why and by whom.

GNM fails for me because it admits that it does not include poisoning. The average human body in the wealthy west now contains several hundred chemicals that did not even exist 200 years ago. No matter how clean we try to keep our diet and environment, the chemical onslaught continues. Even before the Covid fiasco (ie overload of 5G EMFs) engulfed us, we were all walking lab experiments from poisoned air, food and water.

Good to know, then that fails for me too Frances. I believe pretty much like you, it's everything all around us making us sick that they have concocted most of it from nature & chemicals in biolabs. They have had the knowledge for centuries how to poison people. They just orchestrated it in a way that masses would be convinced that they were helping and not killing/hurting it's citizens for profit and Agendas.

But that brief document does not assist us with ideas about detoxification. Traditional Chinese Medicine (like GNM) focuses on how emotional disturbances are the root cause of all dis-ease, but it also provides some pretty hefty detox strategies which may be vital in the early stages of any healing process. It seems to me that GNM borrows significantly from the most ancient healing modalities and simply proves their validity with modern tech measuring devices like brain scan analysis.

Often, (when I was treating a client with TCM) they would heal rapidly after a detox and that, in itself, would trigger realisations about unresolved trauma. They would report feeling energised and happy. I would explain how each emotion impacts each of the vital organs if it is either suppressed or over indulged.

The trick to good health, in TCM, is balance. To be neither too controlled nor too exuberant in emotional reaction. Obviously sudden shock throws a spanner in the works and I witnessed (and personally experienced) some truly tragic effects from it. One client, who's heart channel was almost undetectable in the pulse, committed suicide within weeks of losing his children in a fire.

More common examples, such as ending a relationship, can cause a white streak in the hair suggesting that the shock registers most significantly in the kidneys. The pulse would always confirm that the kidneys required detox followed by nourishment.

In TCM, healing is always an individual strategy, tailored to support the damaged organ and its associated meridian.

I once treated a blind man whose liver energy was non-existent in the pulse. I had prescribed a strong herbal liver cleanse and within one week he was able to see! In later discussions, we ascertained that he had suffered a traumatic experience - seeing something horrible happening to his wife. But his healing did not stabilise. Later, I met one of his carers who commented to me that her client was again blind. I asked why he had not returned for more treatment and she said, shockingly, that he liked being blind because that way he kept his carers! Without them he was lonely! I found that case fascinating.

Absolutely!

I go over some interesting stuff here in my latest. I admit, I need to look into GNM. I would like more answers on what we can do. What's worked for me is vitamins, herbs and NAC so far!
