No. I can't remember where I heard it, and have no evidence at all. I can believe though that we are so dependent and interconnected that these shifts of power will have swift and massive consequences.
I can see the BRICS alliances, economies and power only being enhanced and growing out of this, as the US, UK and EU turn on each other and crumble. Perhaps Putin invaded partly for the Donbass people but also cos he knew this would happen?
I knew that we (this nation we live in) were on the wrong side from about March when watching the clips of the Azov nazis (trained and armed in believe by UK) boasting about their ability to fearlessly murder and be the world police, dividing Russia in at least 5 parts, and saying that the EU was already dead and that the UK and Ukraine etc were part of the NWO.
Of all the players involved, that I have always said it was NOT...Russia was the only one on the list.

Every person involved in that mission, has now become a liability. This is much different, than taking out an avowed enemy (think the Americans and Bin Laden...where the world cheers about what you did and you openly brag about it), this is sabotage of an infrastructure, that affects millions, on the national stage...and that has been disavowed by the British government and demonized by all western governments as heinous and criminal.
There are going to be allot of cold, hungry people this winter, demanding answers.

So many people "Knew" it but here we are having to prove what has been obvious for such a long time...My fear is that United Nations ...well...USA already interprets the international law anyway they like. How is United Nations going to be different? And why we are still going along with the notion that institutions we have are gonna change? So many decades of US atrocities and dictatorship not enough? so many countries destroyed? So many lives lost for under the pretence of "wars for democracy"? Sometimes you just can't fix something...you just need to replace it. No? or beak it...Of course not. The only thing that is going to happen is US $ will go higher...watch and see.
