SO...when they say "homogenized" milk.....they mean they've ADDED sh*t by way of artificial fats such as galactose-positive exopolysaccharide? ! The reason I checked was because I noticed that my oedema became unbearable if I ate any cheese! The chinese do not have a word for cheese, btw. They have a phrase which translates exactly as "block of phlegm". Phlegm is very difficult to remove from the chi channels so that is why the Chinese don't eat it.
true! most asian cultures...."what's cheese?"? except south asia (really only india, which has clotted farmer's cheese really just a citric acid version....).

LOL....eggs! you were relying on the loving nutrition and health of EGGS! Trust me, the eggs our parents took or pre 1950s are way different than today's! The most soul crushing slave owning satanic industry on the planet. EGGS! LOL. (I eat and love eggs too...but they're all torture daily mass produced....you expect hens to produce wombs on a daily basis permanently locked in kennels, then the eggs are bleached post processed, the feed is godknowshwat.....). Why would a corporation do old fashioned work? they want money.
locally sourced duck eggs, i have seen videos of their farm and asked what they eat, its not perfect but what can you do? i dont have room to have my own birds :/
ah...ok..props to you.....i'm talking supermarket brands! I was looking at where they're produced, and they come from over 500-700 miles away on a routine basis, sitting on trucks, potholed roads, packaged in green grass pictured boxes with sunshine and the bible on the cover....

I buy expensive organic free range eggs here in UK but they are not as special as finding my hens eggs hidden in the hay ricks of my fruit farm in Spain! Learning to make tortilla patata, mayonnaise, ensaladilla and having so many in surplus that I could give them to friends as visiting gifts.

Ok, now you're just rubbing in my/our face...! LOL. My mouth is watering.... THere's what they call (ready for this....wait for it....) "heirloom" chicken in my area's gourmet food halls/supermarkets that sells for $15/pound so say i get 4-5 drumsticks wth thigh...a pretty penny, but even so....the omega-3 and taste of chicken is the old chicken! Very different....but ridiculous expensive! So i asked the butcher what exactly is different by way of "heirloom" oh sh*t...this will put you off.....here goes: the modern chickens, really infernally soul-slaved living beings are made to grow at 2-3x the "rate" which would otherwise prevail.....the meat cash-production-cycle goes by much faster, reaching maturity much faster, but the meat is naturally different having cheated time......

almost 90% of modern medicine is re-packaged, polished, and sold-to-you "natural repair". went to a podiatrist recently...oh sh*t..."stress fracture". well...."stress fractures" happen all the time...and heal all the time. but if they "see" one (mostly from the healing process, they can't detect it on an x-ray by itself, but only detect the healing signature), all work stops because...."fracture". which means, come by 2-4 weeks later AFTER the "fracture" has healed to make the visit what you really wanted to treat in visit number one....($$$). Then there's "optometry"....."we want to dilate your pupils to check if your retina is still there....". LOL.
