Have you ever connected Aristotle with the aristocracy and their corrupt cousins, the oligarchy? They advocate rule by a few, but not by the best.
Aristotle’s Argument in Summary
Premise 1. Slavery is just and beneficial (for the slave and for the owner) if the enslaved naturally lacks the capacity to deliberate.
Premise 2. There are some human beings who naturally lack the capacity to deliberate.
Conclusion 1. Therefore, there are some human beings whose enslavement would be just and beneficial.
Premise 3. Those who are enslaved typically lack the capacity to deliberate.
Conclusion 2. Therefore, the typical slave is enslaved justly.
Every one of Aristotle’s premises is questionable.
“The first premise is clearly mistaken: humans who lacked the capacity to deliberate would benefit from competent guardians to look out for their welfare, not a lifetime of forced labor. Aristotle exhibits astonishing blindness to the abusive and degrading nature of slavery.
The second premise, that there are human beings who lack the capacity to deliberate, might be true in some cases – perhaps those with severe brain damage or advanced dementia – but they are certainly not who Aristotle had in mind.
The third premise is similarly mistaken: Aristotle systematically misidentifies who lacks the capacity for deliberation. It was probably true that enslaved people, forbidden real education and condemned to forced labour, did not have the intellectual abilities of the free Greek citizen. But Aristotle fails to see that this is not the inherent nature of enslaved people, but the result of slavery itself.” ~ quoted from Aristotle’s Defense of Slavery here.
Aristotle’s Slave Market is achieved in our present civilisation by a multi-generational deceptive public education which so misleads the youth that they believe they are working on something beneficial. They are deliberately robbed of a more holistic view of life so they do not expect to find it when they reach adulthood. They work within the confines of their limitations; educationally, emotionally and economically.
That was our old and comfortable normal….. we have been debt slaves, brought up by debt slaves probably going back thousands of years.
Aristotle’s idea is hardly dying is it?
The globalist predator class, who aristocratically segregate their darling off-spring from us plebeians, rule this world. They, and only they, know the full agenda (on pain of death if they disclose it).
Everyone you see at every level of our society believes in their status within the old patriarchal hierarchy. It does not matter whether they are a refuse collector, a builder, a doctor, a lawyer or a politician. Even if they regularly attend the Privy Council, Club of Rome, WEF at Davos, WHO or any UN think-tank, corporation or secret society -they are nothing more than dispensable commodities in Aristotle's Slave Market.
