I think we're facing the beginning of a long slog of Hellish Return to Sanity... I wonder how many Nazi's there truly are in Ukraine. I equate them to the white supremacists groups in the US. Here they exist but are a small minority. I wonder what we would think if we were invaded by a foreign country and these groups took up arms to protect our homeland. Would we automatically demonize them for their beliefs or would we be willing to suspend that demonization and welcome their support. I don't support the Nazi beliefs. I just wonder how we would react if we were in Ukraine's position.

My post was not whether Nazi's are good or bad. It was wondering how I would look at the situation had I been in that position. Would I turn away help when a mutual enemy is attacking? I just watched this video and it would appear there are multiple sides of the story just as there always are. I will look for a balanced view of the Nazi issue. I do not support Nazi ideology. I was at my folks' house yesterday, where insistence upon watching MSNBC is a source of extreme discomfort to me. Mutterings of "Damn that Putin," and such-like infuriates me, but at least my parents don't have blogs... The idea of this garbage being broadcast to trusting and otherwise decent people is just about more than I can stand. I think if we are to shorten at all the length of the HELL we are going through these days, we MUST regain our PRESS FREEDOM.
