Very interesting and predictive. How are the themes selected and by whom? It appears to communicate an annual script. As in a given notice to the illusion (presumptions) of a public.

The effigies are created by four different groups and their choices are a dire secret. The effigies always represent prominent politicians and clergy.

Me either, but both of these events look absolutely smashing! Would love to see them in person, but global travel is pretty much out of reach for a variety of reasons :(
