“The legal BLOCKBUSTER we’ve been waiting for is US DISTRICT COURT Western District of LOUISIANA, case no. 3:22-cv-01213. This case began with the 5.5.22 Complaint filed by Plaintiffs Louisiana and Missouri who allege govt collusion with media to suppress free speech about Covid.
However, this case is not limited to censorship and violation of the [United States] 1st Amendment. This correctly termed LANDMARK CASE may be the crowbar needed to pry open the mouths of reticent govt officials and have them explain:
WHY it colluded with media to coerce the public to get vaxxed.
WHY it suppressed info about treatments that were successful in treating Covid.
WHY it is deleting death reports from its data base.
WHY doctors and scientists who disagree with the govt narrative are banned from social networks.
WHY taxpayer funded grants are not given to researchers who don’t support the govt vaccine agenda.
And many more WHYS.
This case has the potential to EXPOSE corrupt govt health agencies (possibly resulting in their abolition, as impossible as that seems today) and to DESTROY Covid and all the other faux virus epidemics past, present, and future based on fraudulent ‘science.’
The FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT filed 8.2.22 adds 5 new Plaintiffs (total 7) and 7 new govt Defendants (total 20). This 550-page document includes: Amended Complaint – pgs 1-118. Exhibits – pgs119-404. Declarations (14 total, including 5 from the new Plaintiffs) documenting users experience of censorship on social platforms – pgs 405-550.
The MEMORANDUM RULING AND ORDER ON DISCOVERY DISPUTES, signed by presiding Judge Doughty, was filed 9.6.22. One of the requests made by Plaintiffs that was granted by the Court is to amend the Complaint to include as Defendants the State Dept, the FDA, the Census Bureau, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, the U.S. Treasury Dept, and the FBI, bringing the total of Defendants to 26. It’s apparent from what’s been found in Discovery thus far that govt collusion in this case is wide and deep.

To which I replied as follows:
”That is most hopeful, Judy. I am a Brit and I know how deceptive the City of London has been since the Venetians took it over. I don't trust them. They have created 5 slave colonies from our small island population. That is no small feat and especially clever, given that the enslaved are oblivious of the reality.”
So we must bring those criminals to stand before their own courts!
Never trust a butcher that inspects his own meat. National tribunals with elected judges to try and to punish the culprits I say. Where I come from, the current judges belong to the same political parties as those in government. And government finances the NGO's that go to court to enforce government policies.
