C40 CITIES + 15 minute Cities + TERRA CARTA
A global network of climate alarmists dictating YOUR future
“2020 – 54 C40 cities representing nearly 10 percent of the world’s economy completed climate action plans in line with averting catastrophic climate change, compared with only two countries to have similar plans in the lead up to the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference (COP26). In the face of the global COVID-19 pandemic and its profound impacts on our communities and people everywhere, C40 convened the Global Mayors COVID-19 Recovery Task Force, chaired by Mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala, to develop a plan to help our cities rebuild their economies in a way that improves public health, reduces inequality and addresses the climate crisis, resulting in the Mayors’ Agenda for a Green and Just Recovery. 2020 also saw 12 cities commit to divest from fossil fuels companies and advocate for greater sustainable investment.
2021-2025
2021 – C40’s Leadership Standards for 2021-2024 went into effect, setting an ambitious standard for C40 cities to ensure they are on a path to a zero-carbon future. Two new collaborative groups launched this year; the Global Mayors Task Force on Climate and Migration to address the impact of the climate crisis on migration in cities, and the first-of-its-kind Global Youth and Mayors Forum, which brings together youth climate leaders and mayors to work together on shaping the vision of a Global Green New Deal. C40 and our cities also played an important role at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26), where Mayor Eric Garcetti passed the C40 Chair baton to Mayor of London Sadiq Khan and it was announced that more than 1,000 city and local governments around the world have joined Cities Race to Zero, committing to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C.” ~ quoted from https://www.c40.org/cities/
‘15-minute city’
“This decentralization of services has become known as the 15-minute city, where you can do your job, go to school, see your doctor, and be entertained all within a 15-minute radius of where you live. Popularized in Paris by Mayor Hidalgo, the idea was developed (before the coronavirus) by Professor Carlos Moreno of the Sorbonne.”
According to Natalie Whittle in the Financial Times:
..the concept of “la ville du quart d’heure” is one in which daily urban necessities are within a 15-minute reach on foot or by bike. Work, home, shops, entertainment, education and healthcare — in Moreno’s vision, these should all be available within the same time a commuter might once have waited on a railway platform. ~ https://www.treehugger.com/the-15-minute-city-is-having-a-moment-5071739
What else are these C40 cities doing?
In a November 16th 2022 statement put out by Sadiq Khan, Chair of C40 Cities and Mayor of London and his colleague, Michael R. Bloomberg, Founder of Bloomberg LP and Bloomberg Philanthropies, President of the Board of C40 Cities we read the following:
C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group announces its support of the Terra Carta and its underlying principles for a transition to a sustainable future that places at its centre nature, people and planet. The Terra Carta, established by King Charles III in 2021 when he was Prince of Wales, presents a bold vision for transformation of the private sector, one that recognizes the urgency of the climate, biodiversity and health crises and seeks to accelerate and integrate sustainability into every aspect of decision-making.
As an organisation of climate leaders, C40 cities are setting ambitious targets to collectively halve emissions by 2030 and reach carbon neutrality by 2050 at the latest. C40 cities have developed, in accordance with our Leadership Standards, 1.5 degree climate action plans that are designed to lay the groundwork for more equitable, cleaner, healthier and more resilient cities for all. We encourage and support cities to integrate and embed ambitious climate action across every aspect of municipal operations, from urban planning to municipal budgeting. C40 has developed “accelerators” outlining specific commitments by cities to science-based, time-bound sectoral targets and actions; we acknowledge the importance of transparency and reporting, and publicly disclose outcomes and progress in annual reports by each city.
Our vision of climate action is rooted in equity, because we know that climate, social and economic justice can only be achieved together. We also recognize the power of collaboration and encourage our mayors to build coalitions with labour, business, young people and civil society to accelerate climate action.
C40 calls on Terra Carta signatories to work with cities to accelerate delivery of their commitments for sustainable market transformation. In particular, we encourage signatories to:
Set and embed ambitious targets to halve carbon emissions by 2030
Improve transparency and disclosure of reporting on climate action
Align industry partnerships, investments and finance flows with a net zero transition
You might be overwhelmed by the multiple players involved in this drive for action against claimed anthropomorphic climate change. I don’t blame you. None of these entities, organisations or individuals are democratically elected. None of them have consulted with us, the people. You might also be wondering who the Corporate Knights might be….. they are mentioned alongside the Terra Carta Seal illustrated above.
Corporate Knights is a media and research company based in Toronto, Canada, focused on advancing a sustainable economy. The company publishes an award-winning magazine, Corporate Knights, and produces global rankings, research reports, and financial product ratings based on corporate and environmental sustainability performance.
Corporate Knights is published quarterly and maintains an editorial focus on climate change, responsible investing, and the ideas, actions and innovations that shape a sustainable economy. It is distributed in The Globe and Mail, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal. In 2012, Corporate Knights was named "Magazine of the Year" by the National Media Awards Foundation.
In 2019, following the publication of "The high cost of low corporate taxes" by Marco Chown Oved, Toby Heaps, and Michael Yow, Corporate Knights was awarded the Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing (SABEW) Canada Silver Award for Investigative Reporting.
Corporate Knights also acts as a research partner to the Sustainable Markets Initiative for the Terra Carta Seal , awarded to global companies that are leaders on sustainability and have credible net-zero plans, that was launched in 2021 by HRH The Prince of Wales at COP26 in Glasgow.
During the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Corporate Knights hosts the Global 100 Davos Dinner and announces the year's most sustainable companies. ~ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_Knights
Even Morgan Stanley has a dog in this fight:
While investors around the world have increasingly recognized the importance of helping the global economy reach net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, they have historically lacked action steps and coordination across public and private sectors to achieve it. Now, with new guidelines from a Morgan Stanley-led working group, major market stakeholders may have a deeper understanding of how they can help fight climate change—and a clearer path forward for doing so.

Do you notice how slick all these websites are? There is BIG money being thrown at promoting Climate Change Alarmism and it is being thrown by the biggest names on the planet. I find it very odd that all these supposedly intelligent people all failed botany class when they were young. Either that or they have forgotten the most basic information that we were given as children.
CO2 = GREEN
Carbon Dioxide is the gas all mammals exhale. As luck would have it, CO2 is also the gas that all plants inhale. Beautiful thing, nature, huh?
Now why would eminent scientists, royalty, the World Economic Forum, banks and huge corporations have overlooked this essential but inconvenient truth?
Might it be getting in the way of a Club of Rome directive? Or Eugenics? Or even Genocide?
This chart, compiled from two famous climate studies makes a stark contrast to the hysteria of climate alarmists. Unfortunately for them it is irrefutable.
CO2 IS TOO LOW!
That is right. Shouldn’t we be aiming for higher levels of CO2 rather than Net Zero?
Wouldn’t Net Zero kill off all plant life? I think it might.
TEMPERATURES ARE TOO LOW!
The Alarmists like to claim that global warming is occurring, but it would seem from the above chart that the planet is actually on the verge of another ice age!
The Alarmists also like to claim that CO2 is a major problem because it is a ‘greenhouse gas’, holding high temperatures at the surface and melting ice at the poles.
BUT
It is THEIR corporate industries, ship tracks, rockets and nuclear power plants which are creating the most greenhouse gases:
This chart shows that water vapour, i.e., clouds (natural and man made) are by far the most prolific greenhouse gases!
http://environmentblog.ncpathinktank.org/increased-human-emissions-has-its-benefits/
WHAT ARE THE ALARMISTS SAYING ABOUT THIS HUGE QUANTITY OF WATER VAPOUR THREATENING OUR PLANET?
Not a word. Zilch. In fact, they don’t want you to know about it. It is embarrassing hidden information. Use your search engine and type in GREENHOUSE GASES IMAGES then compare what you see with the chart above. You will notice that the Alarmists have not included water vapour in their pie charts at all.
EH?
Do you smell the same globalist, eugenicist rat that I do? The stink is eye-watering, isn’t it?
I know for certain that David and Gareth Icke monitor my posts. They have quoted my work in the past many times. So I was very interested to hear David's latest chat with Brian Rose. He covers everything I have been writing about for the recent couple of years on Cancel Culture, Covid, Climate Change, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Smart Grid (EMFs) and the Great Reset. Nice one, Dave, well assembled and clearly expressed.
